SoulStone
Stores souls, which are the source of Baal's power. The soul of any creature that is killed by Baal or one of his minions is absorbed by the SoulStone. Every 5 souls absorbed this way grants Baal a permanent +1 bonus to Baal's saves, ability scores, SR/PR, skills, and spell save DC. When Baal is killed, the SoulStone must be destroyed; if not then Baal reforms in the Abyss and can return. The SoulStone can only be destroyed once Baal has been (temporarily) killed, in a ritual headed by a solar wielding a +5 holy blunt weapon. Only then can Baal be permanantly destroyed.

Angel Tarragon

Dawn Dragon
Interesting. Looks good so far. Curious: what happens if someone spikes the soulstone into their skull? Is their body used as a transformation into a new Baal (ala Diablo DnD products)?

Monster Junkie
Iron Will and Spell Penetration cannot be taken more than once. Metamagic feats and Spell Focus* do him no good unless he actually casts spells (they don't appy to spell-like abilities).

Since he qualifies for Epic Feats, you could give him Epic Will (+4 to Will saves, stacks with Iron Will) and Greater Spell Penetration and Epic Spell Penetration (+2, stacks with SF and GSF).

*I've never been able to get a definitive answer on whether Spell Focus can be applied to spell-like abilities. WOTC has a few monsters with it; the rules imply that you can't; Sean K Reynolds says that you can't.
