Name of The Con in South Jersey

Hey, does anyone from the south jersey/ philly area remember the name of that convention that used to be Shorecon?

The one in Cherry Hill that happens around septemberish every year?

I can't remember the new name...

Also, does anyone have any news about it? (ie is it happening this year?)

You mean the one that used to be Shorecon? I believe that's Southern Exposure (although I wouldn't swear to the exact connection).

I've never managed to make it, even though it's not too far a drive. I used to regularly go to bridge tournaments at the same hotel, though.

DexCon is northern jersey (East Brunswick).

Southern Exposure, run by the people who run dexcon.

No info about it yet, but I hear it will be going off in the fall.

Yeah, from their site it appears SE will be happening late September, into October.

Aye thats the one.
Although I don't think I've made it since the DexCon folks took over. They don't seem to have an interest in game designers speaking on panels. If you enjoy that sort of thing, please let their staff know.

I still have fond recollections of GenCon East, EastCon, and the Northeaster 1-3 shows in NJ from the '80s, when the NE was a hub of gaming shows.
