Glassteel as a Spell?

Does glassteel exist as a spell in 3.0/3.5E? I know there is an alchemical substance in Champions of Valor and the hardening spell (which isn't as good as glassteel when it comes to protecting glass) in the Spell Compendium, but has the old spell been reproduced anywhere? It seems strangely absent...

OK, on Wizards website I found a mention of Glasteel in the Races of Faerûn Product Spotlight here http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ps/20030307a Also, Champions of Valor has a mention of it in the Storm Armor description here http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20051111a&page=9

Yeah, it's on page 158 in Races of Faerun, but neither sources are spells. Which seems a little weird to me...
