A strange figure moves to the boards, he sounds of muffled jingling metal and has odd smells about him... he puts up a note and pins it in place with a pin..

The note is written in: Common, Elven, and Dwarven, and in smaller script near the end it is repeated in Sylvan..
please note that any attempt to deface or rip down the message will result in a fear effect, even effecting those that are normally immune (Dread Witch ability; causes people to run away for a few minutes), also there are runes that cause blindness (not permanent, just for a few minutes), and oddly enough the runes and effects would be transfered to the other posts relating to this message. Of course since this is free-form, they are attepted in the first place...
