I know some folk are making nice artistic power cards, but, for quick, cheap, simple ones:
buy "index cards", here in UK you can get 'em from stationery/office supply shops and even large Tescos for about £2 per 100.
Lined, so they are neat to write on, about 3x5 inches.

problem with coloured, printed D&D cards is, you don't want to write on them with your actual stats, as they are to nice and also expensive ot print.
Fo example say your cleric ability is actually "+6 vs Ref, 1d8+4 damage +5 radiant", easier/cheaper to write that in, than print it onto a nice card, especially as the stats change as you level etc.
Problem being that " Will vs Ref, 1[w] + Strength, +5 radiant" or whatever, is not as readily understandable, especially to folk not used to the 4th ed system, or players who ain't very technical
please remember: not all players are very smart, used to the rules etc.
ie not all of 'em read ENworld
If you write on back of daily/encounter cards, it's name, type (daily/encounter), and the text HAS BEEN USED. so folk can flip 'em over, and track them easy, it helps
