Brainstorm: "Arena" feats to other power sources

So, after reading the arena fighting feats in Dragon 368, I began thinking: How will be similiar feats to the other power sources?

I'm not sure, but I know that I'm thinking about doing the same sort of thing to mimic the 3.5 idea of templates. With the advent of the Spellscarred stuff and the Gladiator stuff, they showed just how open the multiclass feats could be.

It´s not the same thing I am talking about, but you give me a good idea... make something like the weapon specialist multiclass to make a "school specialist multiclass" feat to arcane characters...

I am talking about the arena fighting feat which modifies the martial at-will powers. I was thinking something like a feat which makes the eyebite invisibility could be given to a ally instead of to the caster, for example.
