    Kane's Groove

Oh, BTW the attack for Kane did hit with CA, so it's enough to kill giant lizard

Well... in movies I've seen a few options.

    1) Go to a nice island somewhere, maybe Bacarte (that's where bugbear's are from), and find a cute guy (looks like Taye Digg maybe?) and then get married to him......
    2) Kane could go back in time if it was somehow stolen from him...
    3) Kane can go to some desolate land... like the Soviet Union and do things like throw logs, chop down trees, job in thick snow daily, and climb mountains
    4) Kane was proud and he let his success go to his head, some upstart newcomer comes along and knocks him off his pedestal (say like Kruk) and then Kane has to go back to the basics of what got him there in the first place.

Bonus points for identifying all the movies

You can't keep the adept marked unless you attacked it again this round, which it looks like you didn't. Mark from last round ends at the end of your turn this round.

"Thanks," Hergunna says to Carolina and Kane as they drop the big lizard, clearing her path. She darts forward, standing shoulder to shoulder with Kruk next to the naga, and studies the huge creature carefully. Then she flings her arms wide, sending a storm of thorns at both foes. The sharp projectiles pierce both foes in multiple locations. The naga screams as the druid's careful aim sends a number of projectiles straight into its open mouth and down its throat.

    Move: to C26
    Minor: Hunter's Quarry on naga.
Standard: Thorn Spray from B26:-D31... pretty sure no PCs are in that area. Thanks everybody.

Wondering if Kane's luck turning bad means Hergunna's will turn good... and... yes apparently it does!

Thorn Spray vs. Naga, Adept; regular damage, quarry damage. (1d20+7=27, 1d20+7=23, 1d6+5=11, 1d6=5) Crit vs the naga, regular hit vs. adept. 11 damage to adept, 17 + 6 (wow!) = 23 damage to naga. Both creatures are at -4 to all defenses TENT Hergunna.

Interrupt: Will use Resist Elements to grant 5 lightning resist to both her and Kruk if she is hit by lightning damage. Or if the adept hits her with fire damage, but only if the naga has already acted.

The last one is kinda tricky as it could be either Rocky 3 (after losing to Clubber Lang) or in Rocky 5 when he fights Tommy Gunn...

    ooc: Wow! You're good Tenchuu!

Kruk sees a chance to attack the giant serpent, and goes for it, creating a huge gash into the serpent's side. Lieth hisses in pain, much to the delight of Kruk, who now seems to have caught a second wind after nearly meeting his death just a few moments before.

Me and my wife host a weekly general knowledge trivia game at a local bar. we used to play competitively, but our team dissolved, and our two sets of knowledge are somewhat limited. So now we get $80 a week to sit at a bar for two hours doing basic math and public speaking. Not a bad gig.

Can you add your armor resistances to your summary section of your character sheet? That way, I won't miss it (hopefully) in the future.

As Kruk lashed out against the Snake, he watched the giant serpent fall to the ground, limp; the dwarf's final blow was a mortal one.

"NO! What have you done!" the Adept screamed. Stumbling forward, it slammed it's staff to the ground. "Akneth! Protect Us!" A red energy swirled around Adept and two of its fallen allies. Startling Kruk and Hergunna, the dead snake in front of them rose back to life, as did the Scaleshaper.

The Giant snake lashed out at Kruk with it's tail, but the attack was easy to deflect.

The Scaleshaper, slow to get up, targetted the two big men with its mind. The attack on Kane missed, but Kruk's head rung loudly, causing blood to drip from his ears, and his movement to be slowed.

    Lieth/Giant Snake Interrupt

So long as Kruk is the only one attacking it, it really doesn't matter, but keep in mind any melee hit triggers the interrupt, which results in a free shift, which it will use to move away from the attackers if possible.

Wil grits his teeth and mutters I told them, I told them. He fires his bow at the far adept, hoping to catch it before it breathes more life into their foes. The arrow flies true and the creature is befuddled. He drops from the wagon and moves towards the creature. You will not get away!

So healing can raise enemies? Dude, Wil told you to take out the adept.

Kane still struggles against the naga's lightning blast that struck him, seemingly forever ago, and with no enemies around him, the bugbear looked to be unable to do anything. Luckily, his time with Carolina had taught him some things about throwing weapons and magic. It took Kane quite some time to master, especially with the somewhat unbalanced waraxes, but he did it.

Kane reared back and hurled his enchanted weapon at the naga, it caught the beast and dealt a glancing blow. Kane had been unable to get all his weight behind the toss as his legs were rooted in place, but the sight of the creature's blood is enough to drive the barbarian to throw off the lingering effect.

"You watch out now lizardmans...Kane is ready for more fun!" he calls out, as the thrown axe reappears in his right hand and the bugbear has a wide, toothy grin.

Carolina moves to the center of the battlefield and tosses her dagger at the adept. Unfortunately, her aim is off again.

    Move to D29
    Sly flourish misses (1d20+12=15, 1d4+10=12)

If Carolina can get next to that thing without triggering the interrupt, she's got a nasty surprise waiting. I hope...
