Actually, the squid-cicle probably isn't too bad. There's a Japanese restaurant around here that serves a grilled squid in ginger sauce, but they slice it and put it on a plate. It's out of this world. Even my picky husband loves it. When squid is correctly cooked, it's tender and delicately flavored. It's only rubbery and fishy if it is overcooked.

Chicken ass on the other hand, eeeeeewwww. Do you suppose they mean chicken sphincters?
