I think both those species were close enough to human to just be represented by human stats. There was a paragraph in one of the sourcebooks to that effect, can't remember which one. I'm not 100% sure it mentioned those two races specifically, but I'd suggest they were the sort of thing the writers had in mind.
Before I posted here I did a net search, all I could find was se stating echani starts with echani fighting 1, and from my understanding, echani are supposed to be quicker and more agile than base-line humans
