Thanks. To be honest, that's a bit counter-intuitive. It would be better if that option were presented in the same place that you set the base numbers. If you look at the WotC 4e character builder, they display a checkbox next to each stat and you check the one you want to assign the racial bonus to.
, the summary screen is already crowded as it is, and not all characters will have it, only humans which hides the option if you haven't selected human as a race.
