So last question would be are you spending a ISP point to make it an area attack or just shooting one zombie? (at present you are down to 18 ISP points left BUT as you are next a nexus point you could spend an action to gain more)

How often can you draw from a ley line?

If you are a Major Mage you can spend an Action and roll your power-caster Skill, and if you get at least a success you draw a number of points equal to your roll. You can draw up to twice your PPE score in points. Once you are away from a Ley-Line these points slowly fade, losing one PPE per hour.

yes you can take as many actions as you want to build it up, but cannot exceed twice your 'base' pool. You can spend them all and then immediately start building back up so long as you are on a Ley-Line or Nexus point by using your Actions. And I read it wrong, its anyone with PPE can do this, but no psychics. Psychics have the advantage that any of their effects like Range or Area are boosted (so for Varg, it costs him 1 ISP to create a Large Burst Template for his Fire Bolts, or he can increase the Range by x4 for 1 addition ISP or x20 for 2 ISP).
