"Worgs!" Carolina shouts as she scurries through the steeple window and onto the roof. The drop down is farther than she'd like, but she's done farther. Her boots land on the roof with hardly a sound underneath her light frame, and she rolls forward with the momentum before finally skidding to a stop in the crevice of the roof. She raises her bow and takes aim...

OOC: I'm going to assume that it'll take a double move to climb out and then down, and then move into position. If that's not right, let me know. Also, if you need any other checks to go with the move, feel free to roll them for me in order to save some time. Thanks for getting Carolina into the fray!

At the top of the stairs, Dren saw the bell slowly swinging, ringing on its own, though it wouldn’t for long without the goblins. He reached up and stopped the massive bronze bell with his hand and looked out over the small town. That’s when he saw the wargs emerge and attack the other members of their party.

“Nine Hells!” Dren cursed, turning to scamper down the stairs.

OOC: Not sure how long it will take Dren to get into the town square to help.

"Wargs!" Cried Carolina from up the stairs. Fistan made to head up the stairs but found Dren hurrying down. Hesitating for a second to decide on weather to go up or follow Dren, Fistan chooses to use the high ground of the temple roof and heads up.

OOC: Fistan will join Carolina on the roof, not sure how long that'll take, so let me know when Fistan can do something.

Tranio was privately congratulating himself on not having fired from the tower - to much risk of hitting an innocent, he had felt. Now he sees that the shapes he had perceived were these two dire wolves, and in this small field, he had just stepped into a virtual cage. You had to laugh, he said to himself.

His armour itched.

His eye turned to the sword woman and the creature attacking her. He fired a chill necrotic blast, and then stepped back through the field, hoping to get out of range of the other creature's pounce.

OOC: Chill Touch to hit: [roll0]. If a hit, damage = [roll1] necrotic.

HP: 9. AC: 18.

Eldrath wasn't concerned with the valuables as much as he was with the beasts that were in the center of the village. He followed Coralina onto the rooftop. The closest beast was just within range of his magic, his hand becoming wreathed in flames momentarily before he hurled them at the beast.

OOC: Produce flame vs the worg: 1d20+5 17
Fire Damage: 1d8 2
 

Bethany:
The overconfident worg leaps right into the path of your blade, getting pierced through the left shoulder.

Tranio:
You create a ghostly, skeletal hand that wraps around the bloodied worg. The creature is startled by this. It thrashes about as your magic wounds further.

Remaining Heroes: You all quickly reach the roof or town square.

OOC: I'm going to say it took dash actions for everyone to reach their destinations and will have to wait for the next round to attack. Eldrath, you can still use the roll you previously posted if you want.


Worg A:

The creature is now startled and livid. It attempts to tear at Bethany's throat, but her armor blocks it.

Warg A: 1D20+5 = [7]+5 = 12


Worg B:
Fearing Tranio's magic, the worg flees to behind the collapses farm house. it then lets out a long howl that attracts the attention of several nearby goblins.

Goblin A:
Takes a shot at Dren with his short bow. The arrow pierces the Dwarf's exposed chest for 5 damage.

Goblin A: 1D20+4 = [15]+4 = 19


Goblin B:
The creature slides across the ground and takes cover behind a wagon.

Goblin C:

The goblin exists the house (9) and surveys the scene. Seeing the wounded warg, it takes a short bow shot at Bethany. The arrow bounces off her armor.

Goblin C: 1D20+4 = [12]+4 = 16

Carolina fires at the worg but misses her mark embarrassingly. She vaults over the peak of the roof and takes cover on the other side.

Move: 2 squares to the left, hopefully using the pitch of the roof as cover from projectiles.

Dren rushed out of the chapel only to take an arrow in the chest from a goblin across the square. He couldn’t let them plink at them with bows! Yanking out the arrow, Dren rushed up to the worg facing Bethany (A) and hacked into it with his axe, following it up with a kick.
