D&D 5E 5E Elven Accuracy = Optimal Sniper?

Was going through the Racial Feats UA that came out, and noticed the Elven Accuracy one gives a third die for attacks that have Advantage. Wondering if that's the new optimal classic sniper build: Assassin Rogue with Sharpshooter and Elven Accuracy. Can't go Variant Human anymore though, so you wouldn't get to use both feats until level 8... Is it worth it?

Since this combo would force you to wait until level 8, are there any other classes to consider? Eldritch Knight or Hunter Ranger maybe? A multiclass?

Well I was making a list but just stopped.
Here's what I got re: Crit-fishing:
Lucky (Feat)
Elven Accuracy (Elf/Half-Elf Feat)
Reckless Attack (Barbarian 2)
Divination Portent (Wizard 2)
Improved Critical (Fighter 3)
Superior Critical (Fighter 17)

Nowhete near finished, but from that little a Elven/Fighter/Wizard is the best ranged fisher, while melee can add Barbarian to that.

Druid level 2 Circle of the Shepherd: The hawk spirit is a consummate hunter, marking your enemies with its keen sight. You and your allies gain advantage on ranged attack rolls against targets in the spirit’s aura (30 foot radius within 60 feet). Lasts for 1 minute and requires a short or long rest before using again.
