I have played four:

D&D 5E (CoS)
WOIN (a short OLD campaign and a longer current NEW campaign)
Call of Cthulhu (ongoing)
Judge Dredd & the Worlds of 2000AD (playtest weekend retreat back in Feb)

I say sadly because I'm looking to try out any of the PbtA games, have been reading the Dresden Accelerated rules but don't have a group for it, and recently have had a hankering for some good old fashion superheroes.

I was going to get to join a Star Wars: Edge of the Empire game but something came up.

I voted 2, because I lumped all of the versions of D&D together. Taken separately the answer should have been four for me.
The other RPG I play is WFRP 2e.
