watch the following terrible movies back to back in any order {hard}, explain what the hell was going on in each to a 3rd party {harder},and convince them to watch at least one of them {this is where the task turns Epic}:
Robo-vampire
Rollergator (at least you can watch this one with RiffTraxx)
3 Dev Adam/3 Mighty Men (Captain America & a Mexican wrestler vs the murderous Turkish Spiderman in Istanbull.... And for added pain? It's sub-titled to English, not dubbed - so not only do you have to watch it, you've got to read it.)

Romeo and Juliet where two beings of "opposed" alignment are in love with each other and in order for them to be together something must be done for their "over" deity to allow them to be together.

Hmmm, I like where this is going. Something like...

An Empyrean from Arborea and a Succubus from The Abyss have fallen in love and run away to Limbo to avoid the wrath of their patron deities. Find them and escort them to Nirvana where they can be married with an unbreakable contract that even the gods must accept.

But I feel like I need to simplify it into a single sentence that provides a clue but doesn't give away so much. Having trouble thinking of a poetic way to say it.

Maybe make it appear simple on the surface? Something like, "Help these star-crossed lovers escape their families and get to Nirvana." Then the PCs find out more details and think, "Uh oh, what did we get ourselves into?"

That’s perfect! Anyone got good names for an Emperyon and a Succubus?

Name the succubus 'Soneillon'.

This is a Forgotten Realms Lore reference, so the players can find out for themselves that not all is as it seems ... if they think of it.

Climb a mountain using only a hammer while sitting in a big pot?
Create a way for to store and transfer limitless amounts of data to any location in the world?
Eliminate a holiday from existence?
Defeat an epic monster with a single punch?
Read the worst piece of fiction ever written out loud while pronouncing every word as it's misspelled, and including every adjective; all the while keeping a straight face?
Teach a cat to fetch?
There's an anime for that.

Stop a false demigod who is besmirching the reputation of a real god. Maybe the demigod is really a real one!

Something has polluted the Well of Souls and is eating the souls before they can be born; the heroes must stop it.

Although that is a demon lord rather than a devil.
OB1, I was thinking either some play on Lilith or Juliette.

The Empyrean could be Adam or Romeo.

Lilith appears as Adam's first wife in some Jewish folklore.

-or-

Romeo and Juliette (this one speaks with a French accent) have been cursed with those names to mark them for death for going down this path. Their true names have been sealed away.

I would suggest figuring out what their general story is going to be and then naming them accordingly. Bonnie and Clyde, Marc (Antony) and Cleo(patra), Sam(son) and Deli(lah), etc.
