D&D 3E/3.5 3.5/3.0 Elminster (complete with protections)

This is my attempt at a 3.5 version of Elminster complete with protections, items, and spells (I used ALL of the following: 3.5 PHB, and 3.0 FRCS, MoF, UE, LoD, T&B, and MotP). I had to modify his stats and stuff based on 3.5 changes and his "full" list of items.

TACTICS ROUND-BY-ROUND

TACTICS ROUND-BY-ROUND
Elminster is by far one of the most potent spellcasters in all of the Realms (if not the most wise). He never engages in a fight if not prepared and only then if the need is great. If facing extremely limited opposition (orcs, or the like) he will use his famous thundering longsword and combat them in melee. If facing very magically protected opponents of great evil, he will, with a heavy heart, use Mordenkainen’s disjunction to remove their spell protections (he hates to destroy magic in such a manner). For all other threats, use the following tactics:
Prior to Combat (if possible): Elminster’s effulgent epuration and know protections
Round 1: Quickened Khelben’s suspended silence using arcane reach on a spellcaster and twin mass hold person if facing three or more visible, active opponents; otherwise maze against largest non-spellcasting threat.
Round 2: Time stop with greater rod of metamagic (maximize) and cast spells needed based on opposition; if facing epic level adversaries use a wish to give opponents –9 penalties to save for 1 minute. Otherwise cast flashburst with greater rod of metamagic (delay) and Evard’s black tentacles.
Time Stop: Other good spells to unleash during time stop are: maximized twin ball lightning, twin delayed blast fireball, twin cloud of bewilderment with greater rod of metamagic (delay); good defensive spells to cast during time stop are: improved blink, mislead, mirror image, true seeing, and repulsion.
Round 3: Ready action to be attacked; then cast meteor swarm with greater rod of metamagic (maximize) and quickened translocation trick on an unsuspecting victim if facing multiple opponents; otherwise cast quickened improved blink and avoid the next attack automatically.
Round 4: Quickened zone of respite and forcecage on a particularly dangerous opponent; otherwise cast quickened flesh to stone and imprisonment using arcane reach. If facing multiple opponents horrid wilting with greater rod of metamagic (maximize) and quickened hold person.
Round 5+: Begin eliminating targets one by one with quickened enervation and Nybor’s wrathful castigation, quickened scorching ray and power word blind, disintegrate, etc.; otherwise if outmatched or severely hurt greater teleport or gemjump to safety.

What do you think? I tried to make him 'appropriate' to what I thought he should be as a CR 39 spellcaster. Also, he is the "Big E" after all...

I think that +6 Intuit direction ought to be +6 Survival.
Still has 2 regional feats : blooded and luck of heroes ; which doesn't stand by PGtF standarts.
Also, with 5+ ranks in Knowledge [nobility] and Sense Motive, Diplomacy can't be below +7.

And which domains does he get as a cleric ?

About equipment : scarab of protection almost useless.

The wieldskill spell is (after PGtF rules) restricted to clerics of Gond.

A twined delayed blast fireball is a level 11 spell, IIRC (DBF is level 7, twined +4).

I always injoy reading high level characters, good stuff, can't comment on most of it though, I don't have the knowledge of the big E to say anything, but good stuff.

Can you list where you are getting these spells from.

i liked and i agree that elminster from FR is very weak... what do you think about szass tam, manshoon, fzoul and the others? drizzt is TERRIBLE...
