Sunder a dwarven Throwing hammer in mid flight

In response to the hammer-catching developed by the giants, the dwarves invested into their dwarven throwers a mirror image ability that makes the hammer appear as 5 hammers in flight (20% chance to grab the right one, in addition to the small chance to catch it. Not all dwarven throwers have this ability; but local dwarven clans do know how to add it (if asked).

My original thought was a baseball type strike, the dwarf gets his hammer back but as it takes 'the long way back' the dwarf catches the hammer the following round, therefor missing a round.


But, Giant Monks would actually fit in my campaign better .
