The following list is for enhancing items. It should be noted that any item can be enhanced only once, but you can apply any enhancement to any item. Thus, if we created a "Keeness" item, you could apply it to armour - and that wouldn't make sense!
The costs here are likely to be rather steep.
I'm not sure of the relationship between Attack and Defense, but I'm going to consider them analogous for the time being.
