MERP to D20 conversion

I posted this a few months ago, but I haven't had a chance to really playtest it. The rules are based on D&D 3rd and 4th Edition with a mix of house rules and charts derived/modified from MERP and Spell Law sources. If anyone is interested in having a crack at it, let me know what you think.

I've run through a few combats; the system may be a bit deadly, but at least the chance of outright unlucky "crits" (c/o the tables derived from Rolemaster) is eliminated. One of the hardest things to adapt is the spells; the last section addresses some of the Spell Lists, however, given that there are 50+ lists, I have only been able to comprehensively convert some of them.
