Everyone but the heavily armored Squire Halruhk manages to dodge away from growing and flailing arms and legs, as the body quivers back to its normal size. Again the strange reddish runes burn themselves into the giants skin.

The bear (since it hasn't been killed) is still small and whimpers in the corner, making those arcanically inclined to wonder how long the curse lasts.

OOC: INT (arcana) checks into the curse if you wish. And/or INT (Investigation) checks to search the room. EDIT: Oh and an Inspiration die is awarded to good ol' Buddy. Great insight, which led to a great post by Fitz.

Searinox sheaths his Weapons and wipes his brow "That was close, thanks for the warning Bud!"

He then runs his hand over the place where the Runes appeared en turns to the Bear.
"I wonder where they got these runes from." he says.
He then slowly walks towards the Bear, kneels down (to) close and stretches out his hand.
"Shake!"

OOC: Arcana Check for More info on the curse: 1D20+5 = [11]+5 = 16 Animal Handeling to calm the bear 1D20-3 = [8]-3 = 5 Ow this is gonna Go Great

Fareon called off Wolf from growling at the shrunken Bear and approached watching to see what happens between Searinox and the creature. He then fishes for some food in his belongings and holds it out to see if the Pint-sized Critter comes to him of its own volition.
