Clamping Jaws (minor; at-will)
If a remorhaz begins its turn with a target grabbed in its jaws, it makes an attack against the grabbed creature: +10 vs. Reflex; 2d8 + 5 damage. Miss: Half damage.
Swallow (standard; at-will) * Fire
The remorhaz attempts to swallow a bloodied Medium or smaller creature it is grabbing; +10 vs. Fortitude; on a hit, the target is swallowed and restrained (no save) and takes 5 damage plus 10 fire damage on subsequent rounds at the start of the remorhaz's turn. The swallowed creature can make melee basic attacks only, and only with one-handed or natural weapons. If the remorhaz dies, any creature trapped in its gullet can escape as a move action, ending that action in a square formerly occupied by the remorhaz.
Undermine (standard; recharge 5, 6) * Fire
While burrowing, the remorhaz superheats the snow and ice around it causing a steam explosion. Close burst 2; +10 vs Reflex; 4d8 + 5 fire damage and the target is prone. Miss: Half damage and the target is not prone.
Enraged Heat (free, when first bloodied; encounter) * Fire
An enraged remorhaz generates heat so intense that anything touching it risks catching fire; until the end of the encounter, the remorhaz's Heat aura causes an additional 5 ongoing fire damage (save ends).

Tactics: The remorhaz will usually lie in wait hidden under snow and ice until it detects something moving nearby. When the remorhaz has grabbed an opponent it will move away while burrowing and use Clamping Jaws on the grabbed foe until it is bloodied, after which the remorhaz will use Swallow.
