Races of the Mind: Xeph is 16 pages and contains two new prestige classes, the Alacris, which focuses on speed and mobility, as well as the Wind Adept, a prestige class aimed at Xeph monks, gaining combat abilities from their racial power.
Additionally, there are 14 new feats, three new racial specialty options - the Xeph Marksman, Xeph Psion, and Xeph Thoughtsinger, giving racial specialty options for some of the non-core classes, and three new pieces of equipment, including a new type of material, and a new option for soulknives to channel their mind blade.
Races of the Mind: Xeph is written by Josh Sjothun, who also wrote Races of the Mind: Elan and Races of the Mind: Maenad with additional design by Vladimir Rodriguez and Andreas Rönnqvist, with illustrations by Rick Hershey and V. Shane.
