You are under the effect of the power until you change your stance or the encounter ends. However, you only regenerate when you are bloodied.

So it would go like this while the power is active:

Start of turn: Are you bloodied? Yes, then regenerate 2+Con Mod

No, then no effect this turn.

Rinse and repeat.

Spinmd is right. A stance lasts until the end of the encounter. While you may not gain the benefit of the power every round (if you don't start the round bloodied) the power doesn't just turn off.

You gain regeneration when you are bloodied. However, this is a Stance power, which means it lasts until the end of the encounter or you use a different Stance power.

In other words, until the end of the encounter or until you use another Stance power, any time you drop below half hit points you gain regeneration 2 + Con bonus. When you stop being bloodied, you stop regenerating. If you are later bloodied again, you start regenerating again.

If you squint, you can read it the other way, but it doesn't really make mechanical sense...

The common (and likely correct) reading is "You gain [regeneration when you are bloodied]. But the same wording could also be interpreted as "'When you are bloodied' is the trigger for an event - namely, 'You gain regeneration'".

However, that reading suffers from a lack of any sort of duration... since the gaining of the regeneration was a one-time event triggered by the bloodied condition, it would persist even after the stance changed or the encounter ended.

So while the wording has a very slight potential for ambiguity, it's an ambiguity that's easy to resolve with a "Which makes more mechanical sense?" test.

So what happens when you activate it then get knocked Unconscious? It brings you back awake with 2+Con Mod hitpoints? That would be pretty powerful.

Edit: Ninja-ed.

Boundless Endurance is pretty cool, but you'll find that you often don't stay bloodied very long. If you do get beat down pretty low it can help you get back up to ~half health after combat ends, though :)
