HELL NO! The local B. Daltons in my home town even refuses to carry High Times magazine. I would be really surprised if they decided to carry BoEF.

As for my FLGS, I'm not sure. A while back the owner said he might get a copy and keep it sealed, but I haven't heard or seen anything since.

I suspect my wife will be ordering it into her Waldenbooks. I don't know if she'll be able to order enough to have some on the shelf - Waldenbooks already stocks stuff which will (I suspect) be far more graphic, so we'll see.

Double yawn.

with a half gainer!

seriously tho, one thing i really think is cool is the idea of deciding what is consent in a magical world. i haven't ead how they handled it, but the concept isn't one i have seen handled.

Is anyone else not seeing the connection here.

As much as I deplore the idea of the BoEF, at least it's not glamorizing anything illegal. And many bookstores carry magazines more explicit than BoEF.

I haven't seen it yet. I'll definitely 'browse' it first to see if it suits me fancy hehe. :o

BTW, I heard that the guy who authored it, Anthony Valterra, was fired from WotC because of this. Any truth to it?

None What so Ever.

Anthony Valterra was the Buisness Manager for WOTC.
He got wind of the new STL changes many many months ago and started to try and stop them.
When he failed he quit WOTC so he could start Valar and release the BOEF before the STL changes occured. He failed however so the book had to be OGL and it was delayed one month.

You can ask him yourself at www.valarproject.com
