I just want to wish a farewell to Johnny Wilson who resigned from Paizo 3 weeks ago as noted on the front page. I met him at CMP's party at Gencon and he was a very funny guy. Really livened the place up.

Good luck on your change of scenere Johnny and thanks for a great magazine. I hope you'l still come hang out at Gencon Indy '04!

I wish him Good Luck in the future, but I honestly cannot say I'm sad to see him go...I think he's done a horrible job w/ the magazines, as well as being condescending to his readership. Hopefully Lisa or whomever takes over the helm can get the mags healthy and useful for a wider variety of consumers.

Damn, and I thought this was going to be a thread about Johnny Wilkinson, English five-eighth who kicked seven goals to knock Wales out of the rugby World Cup.

Frickin' Jonny. Oh well, it's what happened to him in 1999, so I guess what comes around goes around.

That's a lot of years of gaming magazine publishing experience walking out the door. He's a great guy, and I wish him the best of luck. Hopefully, Paizo will be able to keep growing without him.

I disagree, when I inappropriatly brought up a problem I had with the mags during the party Johnny helped me fix it. He was always nice and funny and friendly. He's a great guy.

Yes, but an owner doesnt have to actually control the company. He can step down and let someone run it for him.
