To speed up the process a bit, I'll simply decide that our dragon will advance by age categories, and the alignment will be set by the concept.
So, go wild with your concepts (we can get up to 15!), but please be sure to note the starting size and Hit Dice for the Wyrmling version. Anything else I forgot? Propably.

What about a dragon that is an embodiment of chance, chaos, and luck (inspired by luckdragons in The Neverending Story, if anyone's read that book?)
Wyrmling starting size: Tiny, Wyrmling HD: 3HD

A serpentine dragon that embodies the winds themselves. Wyrmling 9 HD, Medium.

A much smaller and faster dragon, fleeting shyness, starts of diminuative with 2hd, advances (just) to gargantuan. Breath weapon of thick black smoke, with smoke and mist like powers. Fast move and fly attack, gasious form later on. AL Chaotic Neutral


Or a Larger "Nature" dragon, 7hd and starts at medium, much rockier and blunt. Green and brown in colour, wings resemble great oak branches with leaf like membrane inbetween. Breathes lightning,and can call down weathers, slow, but lots of Con and HP. AL Neutral

Two, for now. (And that means everyone can submit two, not just Ferret. )

Unless we make rules for them.
In my mind, Diminutive is the lowest size a true dragon should really be, and only as an exception. I'm not going to allow Fine Wyrmlings. So, friends, even though I allow Diminutive Wyrmlings, try to stay away from them.

Khisanth, your dragon is missing an alignment.. I assume Chaotic Neutral?
Krish, you also have no alignment. True Neutral?

True neutral, or whatever.
Another idea:

Verdant Dragon from the plane of Arborea, friends with elves of all kinds, planar dragon (no spells, a lot of spell-likes and powerful DR to make up for it), Wyrmling: 12 HD, Medium. CG.

Yes, Diminutive is ok.
