Okay I have to admit this.

I like the Sword and Fist splat book, even with all its flaws. It is the most used splat book for my group, followed closely by Defenders of the Faith.

I really liked Monster Manuel 2. I still don't see what the big stink is over it.

Dragon Magazine 300 - Haven't seen it, but I will buy it and look through it. And probably not a single article written in it will be put into my campaign like the rest of the dragon mags since 3ed came out.

Gnomes, god how hate gnomes. The most worthless character race ever put into the game. If you wanna play a practicle joker, play a halfling. Wanna build things, play a dwarf.

There I said it.

Well then I guess we are both crazy.

I haven't seen MM2 but I imagine it will be the same as MM1. A nice book with some stuff in there I find stupid. I think for the most part monsters come down to style. Some people like traditional some folks want 'em wierd. Very subjective.

But I do think EVERYONE, with out reservation, hates gnomes. How could you not!?!?!?!?

I also liked most of the splat books, except T&B. But again, I think its a flavor thing. Impervections, flaws and all.

Now pass the prozac!!!!!! You drooling idiot!!!!!!!!!

What he said.

Sword and Fist -- flawed, but useful.

MM2 -- do not have it yet; will get it though, as I liked what I saw when I leafed through it.

Dragon -- letting my sub run out; nothing of value in a long, long time in it.

Gnomes -- I cannot agree more. Those guys are just plain.... useless, that is the best word I can come up with.

I long ago stopped worrying about my sanity- I liked S&F as well.

I also have not allowed gnomes in a campeign for sometime.

I have been collecting Dragon since issue #50 and at this point its is more of a compunction than a requirement.

Still, I do find something in each issue even if its just inspiration.

I will grant you it has been a long time since I have found one of those super crunchy cover to cover issues.

I'm just a week willed Dragon fanboy.

Same here Ashtal. Gno Gnomes! And darn proud of that fact, at least in Ghelspad.

Sword and Fist, just didn't work for me.

MM2 is fine. I just like Tome of Horrors better!
