I am all for empowering women and women's power and stuff. And sometimes, we just need to laugh at ourselves. I find the grip that women have over men to be pure comedy, and I try to make obvious that women have the advantage (contrary to certain religious texts). With that in mind (and the fact that this is for giggles - any use in your M&M or d20 game is at your own risk), I give you this new feat.

Destructive PMS [General]

You are very scary when in is that special time.

Prerequisite: Player and character must both be female.

Benefit: During a 4-day period (specified by the player) each month, the character may take an attack of opportunity for any reason, as many as she wants.

Also, during this time, a character with Destructive PMS never provokes an attack of opportunity for anything she does.

During this 4-day period, the character may enter a bloodthirsty rage whenever she wants without spending an action point. While raging, the character receives a +10 bonus to her Strength score, +5 bonus on her Fortitude and Will saving throws, +5 bonus on all Intimidate checks, and damage reduction 5.

The character can rage for a number of rounds equal to 5 + her Constitution modifier, and she can end the rage prematurely if she wishes. When the character’s rage ends, she is fatigued for 1 minute. Entering a rage does not count as an action, but the character can only rage on her action.

Special: Your body gives off a special scent that acts as an aura of warning to all those within 30 feet. Anyone within the aura may make an Intelligence check against DC 5 to notice the aura and know that you have this feat.

We feel the need to illustrate the power of this feat. Take for example; Suzie has Destructive PMS. John walks up to her, waves, and says, "Hi, my name is John. What is your name?" and pauses for a response. John just provoked 12 attacks of opportunity.

John walks up to her: 1 AoO
Waves: 1 AoO
"Hi": 1 AoO
"My": 1 AoO
"Name: 1 AoO
"Is": 1 AoO
"John.": 1 AoO
"What": 1 AoO
"Is": 1 AoO
"Your": 1 AoO
"Name?": 1 AoO
and pauses: 1 AoO

Note, that you can only get one attack of opportunity for each incident. You can only get 1 attack of opportunity for someone breating during a round. Therefore, it doesn't matter how many breaths they take, you only get one attack of opportunity. Assuming John is breathing during that round, Suzie gets one more attack of opportunity.

Note, even if John decided to hold his breath, he would provoke an attack of opportunity for that as well.

Finally, you can get an attack of opportunity for someone just existing. So all said and done, John provokes 14 attacks of opportunity.

That's not counting an attack of opportunity for just being male. By this time, John is curled in to a fetal position, totally unconscious, probably wishing he had tried hitting on Cindy.

Note, with this ability, a woman can get a ridiculous number of attacks of opportunity. As a Mall Master, you can assume that it is just one attack that deals an incredible amount of damage. Make one attack roll, and then roll the damage dice equal to how many attacks of opporunity taken.

It should be more like...

Barbarian rage. I mean really, that's what it's all about. And an circumstance modifier to intimidate.

Fits of rage would be followed by fits of inexplicable sorry (fatigue) in which the PC can do nothing but bemoan her horrible state and complain about cramps, bloating and all the other fun stuff we have to put up with.

That is actually not a bad idea.

Having trouble with the women, Talath?

:p

Anyways, funny post. Poor John, though... he's in for a thrashing...

This post in no way reflects my personal life. :D

hmmm, however when the character or player achieves middle age this feat automaticaly turns into menopause.

Menopause [Special]
You are now a middle aged woman and it is time to pay the price for all those years of free AoO's
Benefit (or detriment as the case may be): You mood is the most unpredictable thing the world has ever seen. You can go from the most loving and motherly figure in the world to a raving demon spawn bitch in 0.06 seconds. At the begining of each round roll 1d4 to determine your mood this round. The character also shrinks 1 - 4 inches and experiences hot/cold flashes.
Prerequisites: Had the Desctructive PMS feat and then aged.
Special: If a woman decides to start playing male characters it does not avoid this detriment, her male character inexplicably go through menopause anyway.

Table 1
1: Midline, just a normal mood
2: Crying like a baby, inable to to anything except blubber
3: Raging, as per barbarian
4: Insane, the woman is just completely insane.

How about some feats for males ? :)

Midlife crisis

Just my 2 cents

Unontrollable Raging Boner
Whenever anything vaguely sexual (like walking past a Lingerie shop, the Macdonalds girl/boy smiling etc) occurs you get an Uncontrollable Raging Boner.
Benefit The Raging Boner can be used as a Bludgeoning Weapon doing 1d6 damage.
Prerequisites Must be a Pubescent Boy (and a virgin) between Ages 12 and 17
Special Non-virgins being more sophisticated and worldly do not get Uncontrollable Raging Boners:D

What about Boy vith Toys ? :)

Benefit: May decrease or increase the hardness of one object of your choice within 30 feet. Not Cumulative.

How about "I sure do think this thread doesn't belong here"?

Oh wait - that *is* what I think. There's a line between funny and appropriate, folks. This thread crosses it. Men making fun of women simply isn't something that belongs on this site, so be really leery of gender-related satire. Perhaps such humor has a place in the world, but if we're trying to be inclusive of ALL gamers, that place isn't here.

Please keep that in mind for the future. If you wish to discuss it, feel free to email me.

And if it makes you feel any better, I'd also close a thread by a woman who was mocking erectile dysfunction. :D
