I had an idea the other day for a series of adventures when I visited my Mother in the rehab/ Nurseing home she'll be at for the next month(broken shoulder).
What if the patients suddenly deviloped psichic powers ?
Wierd Times at the nurseing home: A docter has made a drug to combat altizmere's but can't get funding/ permission to go to the next level(human testing) so he uses the patients at a small nurseing home as unknowing guinea pigs. Unfortionally there is a side effect some of them devolope minor Psichic abilities but the powers steadly grow more powerful
By psichic abilities I don't mean full blown Telepaths or Battleminds, I have 2 ways to show this
#1 A single 0 level power that follows a progressive chain to 1st, and beyond.
#2 A Power of X level that is weaker to begin with then gets more powerfull.
The chain method is a 0 level like Far hand to control objects to ?.

Is there a Power that acts like Far Hand but lets the Psichic "feel" or have tactile sensations ?
