Unkown Armies: The Watchmen

This is the opening post for my potential "Unknown armies" players.

your possessions are chosen according to your background.
The chars decribed in the UA books are exelent examples of a good formated
characters.
SCHOOLS I don't want: Thanatomancy, Eastern Cryptomancer, Oneiromanncy, Herpemancer
AVATARS I don't want: Two-Faced Man, MVP, the Mother
RITUALS: Harmonious Alignment
each ritual known costs its charges in ep.

the Hook is Mak intruigues crew in Hamburg, Germany, though
you won't need much area knowledge. It's just that I already developed a
setting for my home city. To make it all easier on you I developed the
idea to a point where you all are part of a mobile crew (see "break today"),
intervening in a situation in Hamburg, namely that ALL list members there
vanished. Your Team leader will be Michael Voorhies (aged a few years,
now aged 21, not 16).
I will accept backgrounds outside of Mak Attax, but please include an at least potential concetion to the crew working for the Scotsman.

This is a campagin of miidling powerlevel, so you can adepts and avatars from
the start. I won't be very stingy with ep, so we're heading to a cosmic level,
but it will be some time before we get there.

This Thursday is Thanksgiving in the US (and I will be visiting my parents so I don't know if I'll get a character in before next week).

I also would like to create the crew in a 'group think', making sure that the group is well thought out and well formed.

I'm open to any char concept (though I admit I'm leaning towards an Adept).

This is all ok.
This is a gobal-level game, so adepts are allowed, though notice that I excluded some schools I think are problematic (such as eastern crytos lying all the time), but everything NOT excluded is open for the taking.

Oops, one more more thing I forgot: you can't have the ritual of Harmony, the
one that converts minor to major charges. Sorry, no pie.

This is question *I* never exspected.

Mak kommt von Mak Attax, einem grösseren Cabal in der Welt von UA.
It must be right there in the "background" chapter. (depends really on
what you mean by "background chapter".

I see, remember now, it's been a year. With "Background Chapter" I meant everything beside the rules cause no one around was playing it.

"Wozu Dichter ..?" (Why poets?) meaning "Why heros?"
the self-fullfilling prophecies of the underground
is the law of transaction postmodern or utterly modern?
is an economy of transaction not the basis for modernity?
and ... what other economies are there?
