Well, just going by the description we have of S&D on Mongoose's website, an important difference is Atlas' Dynasties and Demagogue's doesn't have rules for stonghold building, dominion management, or mass combat rules, all of which appear to be in S&D. Dynasties and Demagogoes IMO is a player's guide to roleplaying in a political campaign. Has lots of prestige classes, feats, RPing tips, etc. Mongoose's book may cover some of this as well, we'll have to see.arcady said:I asked a few weeks ago if anyone could compare it to Penumbra's Dynasties and Demogogues.
