Can anyone suggest a challenge Rating for my critter?
Decsription:
The Narr'hassa were once a line of mortal human sorcerers charged with defending the great ancient cities of Narkush with their latent necromantic powers- a sort of Arcane division of the city guard that specialized in dealing with undead. After their organization was brought under the power of the great Arch-Lich Lakrionis, a select cadre of Narr'hassa were selected to cross the final barrier into undeath. Each was fitted with a pair of magical infernal wings so that they were able to perch on the battlements of the city walls and the temple roofs overlooking the many necropoli of Narkush. These unsleeping sentinels of the ruined empire of Narkush are now all that remains of the Nar'Hassa. Pray you never run across one.

The Narkush Death Magi descend from a line of hereditary sorcerers who willingly became undead at the request of their leaders. Each has been fitted with great black infernal wings and wields a mighty greatsword in combat.
Each has the abilities of a 4th level sorcerer and is able to spontaneously cast from the following spell-list:
0-Level Spell list (up to 6x per day)
Ray of Frost, Dancing Lights, Daze, Mage Hand, Arcane Mark, Ghost Sound
1st Level Spell list (up to 7x per day)
Chill Touch, Ray of Enfeeblement, Magic Missile (2 missiles)
2nd Level Spell list (Up to 4x per day)
