Jotuns resemble massive humanoids. Their gait is uneven, and when they run, their arms dangle and drag along the ground. For all this seeming awkwardness, jotuns are very agile.
A typical adult jotun stands 9 feet tall and weighs 1,500 pounds. A jotun's ice-blue flesh is as solid and hard as glacier ice. Their long hair and beards are as clear as strands of glass, pure white, or blue-green. Jotuns speak Giant and Common.
COMBAT
Jotuns are brave, strong, and clever foes. A jotun fights in its natural form, and, even if unarmed, can crush smaller opponents with its huge fists. If armed, a jotun uses a massive weapon, usually a two-handed greatsword scaled to its own size.
Alternate Form (Su): A jotun can change its shape as if using polymorph self. This ability is limited to Medium-size humanoid forms.
JOTUNS AS CHARACTERS
Jotun characters possess the following racial traits.
— +12 Strength, +6 Constitution, +2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom, +2 Charisma.
—Large size. –1 penalty to Armor Class, –1 penalty on attack rolls, –4 penalty on Hide checks, +4 bonus on grapple checks, lifting and carrying limits double those of Medium characters.
—Space/Reach: 10 feet/10 feet.
—A jotun's base land speed is 30 feet.
—Darkvision out to 60 feet and low-light vision.
—Racial Hit Dice: A jotun begins with six levels of giant, which provide 6d8 Hit Dice, a base attack bonus of +4, and base saving throw bonuses of Fort +5, Ref +2, and Will +2.
—Racial Skills: A jotun's giant levels give it skill points equal to 9 x?(2 + Int modifier, minimum 1). Its class skills are Listen and Spot.
—Racial Feats: A jotun's giant levels give it three feats.
— +5 natural armor bonus.
—Natural Weapons: Slam (1d6).
—Special Attacks (see above): Spell-like abilities.
—Special Qualities: Alternate form, scent.
—Automatic Languages: Giant. Bonus Languages: Common, Orc.
—Favored Class: Fighter.
—Level adjustment +6.

I could be wrong, but... I think the attack bonus should be +9, due to Large size. Also I would think that you didn't add in the Alertness skill bonus to Listen/Spot. Your saves don't look quite right: 6/2+2=5, 6/3=2. So Fort=5+3=8, &c. Otherwise looks good. :)

Wow. Triple post.

I like these jotuns, much as I like any low-Hit Dice giant. I like giants, for some reason I can't comprehend.
