Known errata/errors in the XPH

I'm loving the new Expanded Psionics Handbook, but I thought it might be useful to keep track of any mistakes that people notice.

p. 27 - Soulknife BAB is wrong from 15th ot 19th level. Normal iterative attacks apply.

p. 36 - The table for autohypnosis' Resist Dying lists a DC 20, but the text specifies a DC 15. Based on the 3e rules for stabilize self, DC 15 is correct.

Add 'em when you notice 'em!

Not really errata but Deja Vu is listed twice, once on page 91 then again on page 92. Funny joke. Still slowing reading through all the powers, I'll let everyone know if I spot anything else.

Return Shot on page 51 should probably be listed as an immediate action, not a free action. If it's a free action, you can't actually deflect the shot back at them unless you readied an action to do so.

On page 123 third column, third paragraph, first sentence (under Personality Parasite) ends in in both a question mark and a period such the it appears like this "?.".

Camaranth's Post, first sentence, 24th word is "the" when it should be "that".

Camaranth's Post, first sentence, delete the 14th word (it is an extra "in").

Githzerai have Concussion listed as one of their powers per day. "Concussion" has been replaced with "Concussion Blast".

I thought the Deja Vu thing was pretty funny.

Multiple Throw on page 29 use the number of attacks listed in the incorrect BAB table (i.e. two attack at 17 level at +12/+7) and thus needs to be changed with the table.

Yeah, but the real question is: will it make it into the second printing or will we stil have to refer to the erratta file even though the issue has long since been discovered?

p. 121 - Missive. you can augment the Dc of the saving throw, but it doesn't have one! Mass missive has a "Will negates (harmless)" save, though, which should probably apply to missive as well.
