Not to my knowledge,

I think you're best bet would be the

Mithral Full Plate of speed (DMGI.220), which gives them haste for 10 rounds / day.

Hello, I was wondering if it were possible to get Mithral Full Plate to count as light armor for a NPC. Thank you.
IIRC, there is an armour property (twilight?) that takes the weight down a step -ie to light for mithral full plate.

Alternatively, the Half-weight (from Underdark) property makes anything light, but is rather expensive IIRC.

Warmage (from Complete Arcane) ignores Spell failure from medium armours at 8th level.

Duskblade (from PHBII) ignores spell failure from medium armour AND heavy shields by 7th level, not to mention being able to cast spells through their weapon.

You could make it mithral mithral full plate. Just apply the mithral modification twice.

So mithral full plate is medium armor, +8 AC, 10,500 gp, armor check -3, max dex +3, spell failure 25%.

Mithral mithral full plate is light armor, +8 AC, 14,500 gp, armor check -0, max dex +5, spell failure 15%.

I suppose you could go for mithral mithral mithral mithral full plate, for 16,500, armor check -0, max dex +9, no spell failure. Probably the most efficient armor source in the game.

I don't believe you can actually do this:

If you make a suit of armour or weapon out of more than one special material, you get the benefit of only the most prevalent material. For example, full plate made of both adamantine and mithral will either provide damage reduction or lower weight, not both
Based on this "Mithral Mithral Full Plate" would get the benefit of Mithral or Mithral, not both.

For those who want to waltz about in full plate, the elven PrClass Champion of Corellon Larethian (RoWild) offers the ability to move at full speed (and even Spring Attack) in medium armor.

Ah, but I'm not making armor out of more than one special material. I'm making armor out of the same special material twice.
