Ah. When I read that, I took it as a lead in to Durkula talking about Plan B, and I wouldn't have considered simply having a different one of the seven demigods casting the 'deciding' vote as a Plan B.

I'm pretty sure the seventh vote is just that - a seventh vote. Plan B seems to be something else, that will happen if that seventh vote is also "No".

But we're still on Plan A... for the moment.
