The spell itself has a verbal component, so unless you can speak two words at once, I think it would work.

I think the Swiftblade PrC should have been included as an option.

There is also the Beast Strike feat from Dragon Mag #355 pg 76. The feat basically says that when you make an unarmed strike or grapple check to deal damage you can add your claw or slam base damage to the damage dealt.

This is why I'm glad for the split between elves and eladrin, even though I never bought into 4e. In 3.5, if you want a 'naturey' favored class... look to Wood and Wild elves. Perhaps the 3.5 races could stand to have two or three favored classes that one must choose between, such as Favored...

While not exactly RAW, I like to carry the Bardic Knack ACF (PH2 35) over to classes that grant the Lore ability. It might be worth passing it by your DM.

This may come too late and might detract from the list of feats you need, but if... If you were able to obtain Keen Intellect (Dragon Magazine 318) as a "first level only feat", you could turn Wisdom into your dump stat instead of Charisma. The feat lets you use your Intelligence modifier...

I'm surprised that Replicate Casting (Spell Compendium) isn't listed for those times when it produces an effect that emanates from the caster. Depending on how you read it, you could use Replicate Casting to effectively obtain all eligible effects of 8th level or lower as "Permanent Emanations".
