Consider that this is only to evaluate the print run. Once the Kickstarter is successful, there will be additional copies printed and sold by other means (probably even Amazon) excluding some few exclusive things such as the slipcase.
Not a single question nor answer about their new engagement with Wizards of the Coast that was in the news today?

My main issue with Ravnica as 2018's "Eberron Meets Planescape You Never Asked For It But Hasbro Said We Must" sourcebook is - this Planet City setting feels so much OVER THE TOP and BUSY AND CROWDED compared to a typical fantasy world that is developed with care and balance between urban and...
I think they are cost-cutting by publishing more books at lower pricepoint, but content/value ratio is diminished. If this is needed to keep Starfinder around for couple more years, I guess you have to agree to this publishing scheme.
I completely agree with the immersion-breaking when players rely that this rule is in effect all the time and they always try the weakest skill check first. However, as actions take time, too often they are pressured or additional effects complicate retries. So they can't afford to rely on...
This sounds as one of the more interesting alternate history settings I've seen lately, so I would definitely look for it on Kickstarter. Not big fan on narrative dice pool systems though, but maybe it works for this setting and atmosphere.

Extremely informative reply, thank you a lot. I have saved your suggestion for a massive rewrite, along with any feedback I receive on the rules themselves.
You're right, and this is intended. One of my goals with the combat techniques to have a crunchy alternative for combat turns where there are no class options left to be used. Class options should always to be preferrable to my combat techniques since the latter are unlimited use and if they...
Thank you both for the valuable feedback:
* I will consider some rule clarification on combining class abilities with flat bonus and combat techniques. War Domain Cleric is a perfect example.
* @Satyrn, thanks for spotting the start of turn issue, it will be fixed immediately. I am liking your...
I am working a house rule compendium for an upcoming grimdark/evil campaign set in Forgotten Realms' Mulmaster. The meat of the document is a combat technique system available to all players. It is inspired by Kobold Press' "Beyond Damage Dice" and Reddit posts by /u/Thypher but with based...
