D&D 5E The New D&D Book: Candlekeep Mysteries: 17 Mystery Adventures [UPDATED!]

If I remember correctly one of the James brothers mentioned an idea, with some essence of Mystra trapped in Candlekeep during spellplague. Sounded nice to my ears. They guys have good stuff in their shelves (also follow ups to "Monument of the Ancients". However unfortunatly never heard of them...

Losing Interest in the D&D Next Playtest?

I complained earlier that things are progressing too slow. I almost lost interest in the whole process a few month ago, when post announcement nothing substantial happened. Play 5E today!

No, sir. It's not. I'm in no relationship with this company. However I own a copy for some time now. And liked some of the ideas which I now find in the 5E playtest Peryton is a nice d20 game from 2009. It contains rules for * advantage/disadvantage (however a flat +2/-2 bonus instead of two...

    Give the Fighter more surges.

For me surges feel like playing some kind of x-men. A D&D fighter for me should feel like in GoT for example. A mundane fighting maschine that employs steel and tactics, based on strenght and wits, not so much on flashy computer game powers.

    Saving throws improve?
