NuTSR court update... The case of LaNasa vs Tenkar is dismissed with prejudice.

My understanding is that the 15K goes to the ESTATE, which will be used to pay off creditors somehow. Who actually gets paid off, I don't know. It's not like TSR gets a check and can do whatever they want with it; the creditors come first.

Big news in NuTSR-vs-WotC... IANAL and am medicated right now (I have 4mm kidney stone, so I'm dosed up on morphine), but it seems WotC pays the estate $15K to settle the bankruptcy and in exchange they get all the trademarks in dispute. The stay in the primary lawsuit is lifted, and WotC now...

In theory, can't WotC provide evidence of those allegations at this point? I mean, I'm not sure why they would anyway... as mentioned above, if TSR LLC gets dissolved WotC should win their case by default, but I can't help but wonder. If anything, Justin's getting the better end of a deal here...
