And it's official... the house-formerly-known-as-the-Dungeon-Hobby-Shop-Museum has sold for $375K... which is kinda absurd, but whatever. I'm hoping that they paid that much money because they care about the house, and that they won't raze it to the ground the first chance they get.

On a semi-related note... I'm finally archiving my entire NuTSR and Giantlands content folders - which are close to a gig in total - to Glacial Storage on AWS. This is a milestone. Good riddance.

The DHSM house continues to be for sale, but it took a significant price hit... dropping nearly $300K in the last month (see above; it was $725K on March 24th). Reportedly, according to paperwork filed in North Carolina on April 15th, Justin's now ex-wife seems to have gotten the house in full.
