As someone who is also a publisher, I agree with Morrus. Idealistically, the ORC is the way to go. Pragmatically, it's... not exactly wise to commit to a legal framework that hasn't even been written yet.
I have faith, though, that the Level Up folks will navigate these troubled waters.
The bite attack, like any melee attack, is subject to the Strength bonus of the character. Beyond that, I didn't see a reason to make it any more powerful.

I love the Pathfinder system. If I were to make one mechanics request based on that, I'd ask that you make it so that first-level characters have as many options as possible; nothing boosts my initial engagement with a setting more than setting-specific options for character generation.
The original had the most gorgeous artwork I'd seen in an RPG to that point. I didn't care for the original system, but man, that book was practically an art book. I keep it around for that reason.
