Actually, you guys did give this directly to the PCs in Schism. In the meteorite mining facility, they run across a log book detailing all the planes and planar effects the Ob has gained access to, over fifty iirc! The problem is, you forgot to detail the contents of the book.

(Also I haven't started the campaign yet, just doing forward planning.)

Roll20. I use a variety of "round" tokens and just plain full figures (Rich Burlew's A Monster for Every Season is fun to dig through for those).
