Flavor-wise, each Animal Lord represents all animals of its "kind", so there's no Leopard Lord or Lion Lord, just a single Cat Lord. That said, the Planescape Cat Lord is a separate character from the Greyhawk Cat Lord ("Rexfelis"), whom she supposedly replaced in Planescape's lore.

I cut my teeth on Planescape, so tiefling PCs are right up my alley. The only thing that bothered me about tieflings in the default 4E setting was that they all had the same racial origin (Bael-Turath?) and the same general appearance. They didn't have the same feeling of being a race of wildly...

Request Might I request a conversion of the bug-a-boo from Dragon #158? Weird choice, I guess, but I have a thing for goblinoids...

Why not just make a goblin NPC with 6-10 levels of fighter or ranger?

Um... wow. That's kinda silly. It could have a racial bonus to Jump maybe, but even so, an obese giant jumping around (in a cave, even) is a weird idea.

A cave lord is about the size of a hill or stone giant, so shouldn't its size be Large rather than Huge? Also, they're described as "obscenely obese" but have a listed weight of 600-700 lbs.; a hill giant's average weight is about 1,100 lbs., so a cave lord should weigh a good deal more than that.
