Trailer The Odyssey | Official Trailer

Wow, I remember watching Seventh Voyage of Sinbad years ago (the cyclops scene in particular sticks in my memory for some reason), the special effects here seem in line with Sinbad, but Sinbad was apparently from 1958....

What are you reading in 2025?

I really need to read the Dark Tower at some point, maybe a goal for 2026.

What are you reading in 2025?

Have now read Pet Semetary and Salems Lot. Pet Semetary starts a bit slower, with events and tension building up to the climax, that is some respects ends abruptly with a bit of ambiguity. Is a lot more about grief and what it can do to people, that about evil as such - the evil here feels...

    Whamageddon (Last) Christmas

I think for me at least, your first post on it was a bit ambiguous as to whether attacking the song or the cause or both. I think attacking the song is fine, but the cause less so as such? Can discuss whether there may have been other causes that should have warranted support as well, but I...

    Whamageddon (Last) Christmas

Still in it / surviving so far. Is unusual, as i have it on my Christmas Playlist, and isnt an uncommon one on radio, but with young kids in the house again, can't play the radio so much any more, and any Spotify is on dinosaur songs, Ms Moni or Paw Patrol...

Warhammer: The Old World RPG Offers A New Take On The Empire

Bumping to see if anyone has checked out the starter set? Probably different as only in PDF, but interested to know if anyone has got it and checked it out, to help work out if I want to grab it :)

What are you reading in 2025?

Is an interesting one. Im a little different i think, I think both are very good characters in the series, but I find Nynaeve likeable, and Egwene dislikeable. Interestingly I think in first few books it was more the other way round, but Nynaeve really grew on me, as it became clearer what...

Top 5 RPGs you want to play (player or GM) in 2026?

Assuming I get a chance to play, with young kids in the household again it makes it tricky, but would like to he able to play: 1. Discworld - played their free introductory adventure but has left me wanting more. 2. Warhammer fantasy role playing 4e - have the starter set that I want to try out...

Time travel doesn't exist because time travel wiped out the timelines where it did

Not necessarily scientifically accurate, but amusing and I think related to the thread:

Time travel doesn't exist because time travel wiped out the timelines where it did

I think perhaps you and Umbran are closer on opinion than first appeared. I find the above a clearer outline of your position. Your initial statement seemed to suggest that going back 50 years would lead you to be in vacuum of space, as Tokyo was somewhere different 50 years ago. But that is...

Time travel doesn't exist because time travel wiped out the timelines where it did

In my limited understanding, it feels you are missing Umbrans point. Everything is relative, so there is no absolute point of reference. Thus you can choose any frame of reference you want and work from there. So you could say that the landing point on the Moon or Mars is point zero / the...

    Thread block

Is it possible that the OP has turned on two way ignore recently, so before they may habe had people on ignore, but they could still see / reply to threads, and now turned on two way ignore so people suddenly can't access them anymore? And so ignores may be based on activity some time ago?
