Okay so their are six haunts in foxglove manor and then a set of universal haunts. If i only have three players (who will be tied to insane, obsessive, and plauge) do all the other listed haunts affect everyone? or do i just ignor the wrathful (for example) haunt whenever she showes up?

One of my evil players made a deal with with a Daemon today and i know about the ritual that turns you into a demon from the book of the damned so my question is, if i buy the book on daemons is their a ritual in their that works the same? or should i just convert it over from the demon one?

Are there any rules for playing above level twenty in pathfinder aside from the tip they give you in the Core Rules? Are there any rules for playing a monster PC? I really don't care if the books are from Paizo, just so long as they are good for use.
