What I personally do is after every game, the players take turns telling the other players what they liked about their playing in the game. Then the GM comments on the players, followed by players commenting on the GM. It seems a little cheesy, but it is a lot of fun, and it really works.

No. You can't fudge it secretly/realistically that way, and sometimes fudging can be essential to fun, or necessary for the plot.

A player of mine wants to play a druid without spellcasting, but super-enhanced Wildshape. How would you do this, starting at first level?

Thanks, Xath. I would really appreciate that. In a Psionics-based system, how would you do that, Pyrex? And, as well, Stilling is able to be Healed by powerful channelers. If the healer isn't strong enough, then it doesn't work all the way, IE the target only gains back some channeling ability...
