I am betting that since it appears to be card based, we will see some booster packs of advanced tactics available along side these ala fate cards.

The post specifically mentions it using cards. I bet the way they are going to monetize this is through random booster packs of cards offering advanced tactics and such. Fine by me!

Just a follow up, I have a total of three of these cases, and between MV1, and MV2, Gloomwraught, and the DM kit, I was only able to fit a few of the tokens from the DM's kit in them, but everything else is in. So, while it is a great storage solution, it is a costly one.

Found these while nosing around in Jo Ann's Fabrics and they work great! The 1" tokens fit like a glove. You will need more than one I purchased 1 and was only able to get about 2/3's of the tokens in. I have ordered 2 more online and I think I will divide them by tier. Simplicity Bobbin Cases...

I actually ended up getting a full blown laptop, I got a sweet deal on an HP through Bestbuy on a Fathers Day sale.

I am super excited about it, but I also know how games on Facebook work. I can see only being able to take 2 actions every 4 hours, unless I pony up real world money to buy a "potion of more actions." I would love to be wrong, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

No, from what I've seen you would need a third party app to access only parts of ddi with an iPad, where as a notebook or netbook would allow me to use dii directly and access all of the features.
