I usually take a photo than edit by Photoshop. It works well. However, sometimes it takes me a long time to get a high quality picture which is easy to edit.

My opinion is the same as lynnfredricks. This position would be called Product Manager. To be a game developer, you must truly love games. Not just playing games, but understanding games.
