    No that's Flatulent Fragmentation. SS is what happens when you DM for more than 6 hours straight on nothing but a diet of Mountain Dew and Cheetos.

    The forced opportunity attack might be the best part, against a caster, for example. Ex: BSF Forcing it to use its reaction on a melee basic attack instead of counterspelling you could be pretty sweet.

    As an early response to XGtE, I think the INT save targeting debuff is pretty decent because an extra odd stat targeted save but it's level and save-at-end-of-turn makes it sort of meh.

    Main problem would be diminishing ratio of would to vitality as you level. Crits from higher level monsters would start to drop PCs in one hit (ex: your con score plus level is about 30 at level 15). It certainly makes things more gritty but I'd say more random than gritty. Perhaps a solution...
