I rather like this build. Even if INT Warlock isn't an option, then it can be closely replicated with Bard instead of Wizard and no house-ruling would be required. The bard's proficiency with rapiers even means that Shillelagh could be something else.

The narrative dice system can be intimidating at first with all those different symbols and die types, but it's amazing once you're used to it and realize that interpreting your results doesn't involve any math.
I also had the same idea and support it fully. Especially if they build the table so
folks can actually play on it. Sculpt a 1" square grid into the tabletop,
too, and it'd be perfect. : )
